How to use password to open door

 

1, On access controller device interface--choose related doors-- add new pass time, and choose” password"

 

2, On Entry/exit authority interface, add an authority like "open by password", and choose relevant door's step 1(adding pass time for password)

 

3, On card holder interface to choose people who need use password to open door, and set their authority as Step2's authority.

 

4, Then choose this person to dispatch card, input password's first 4 digit in ID card no. And in password column, input password's last 4 digits. "0" shall not be in the first digit.

 

5, Choose this person, send data to controller.

 

6, Input 8 digit password on card reader with digit. If wrong, press"#" reinput

 

 

How to use card + password to open door

 

1, On access controller device interface--choose related doors-- add new pass time, and choose “card+ password"

 

2, On entry/exit authority interface, add an authority like “open by card + password”, and choose relevant step 1’s pastime.

 

3, On card holder interface to choose people who need use card + password to open door, and set their authority as Step2's authority.

 

4, Then choose this person to dispatch card, input ID card no. And in password column, input password's last 4 digits. "0" shall not be the first digit.

 

5, Choose this person, send data to controller.

 

6, Swipe card on the card reader and input 4 digit password on card reader with keypad.

 

How to use double card to open door.

 

1, On access controller device interface--choose related doors-- add new pass time, and choose “double card"

 

2, On entry/exit authority interface, add an authority like “open by double card”, and choose relevant step 1’s pastime.

 

3, On card holder interface to choose people who need use double card to open door, and set their authority as Step2's authority.

 

4, Choose this person, send data to controller.

 

5, When you use, two user swipe cards on the same card reader. And internal should be about 5 sec.

 

How to use Inter-lock function.

 

1, Inter- lock function is realized on 2 door or 4 door controller. Note, inter-lock function is between 2 doors.

 

2, We have to install door sensor in each door, and connect doors sensor to controller.

 

3, Choose relevant controller and change property setup—high level—inter-lock

 

4, Send data to controller

 

5, After realizing inter-lock function, only the other door is closed and card can be swiped, or one alarm event will occur.

 

How to use anti pass back function

 

1, Anti pass back express that one person swipes in an area set by some controllers. He can not enter into continuously or go out.

 

2, We have to install 2 card readers for each door, inside and outside.

 

3, Add pass time, and choose “avert back”

 

4, Add an authority, and choose the pastime.

 

5, Choose people who need anti pass back, and change their entry and exit authority, and send data to controller.

 

6, If for more areas, we need change relevant controller property—high level—different area code’s definition.

 

7, If anti pass back, there is 5 sec’s delay, it means that we can continuously swipe in 5 sec., after 5 sec. anti pass back function will be valid.

 

 

 

How to use force passoword.

 

1, Open access controller interface, choose controller—property—high level—input 4 digit force password.

 

2, Send data to controller.

 

3, Input force password on the keypad, door will be open. And there is an alarm events in the software.

 

4, If like to cancel fore password, just change password to several characters.

 

 

How to process door operation remotely.

 

1, Through software, we can process many door operations like door open, door close, keep door open, lock, unlock.

 

2, Open access control software, choose door on right side

 

3, Right click—choose the options.

 

How to use invalid card alarm function.

 

If invalid card or swiping card during invalid time, there will be an alarm output. Alarm output devices like lock, connected to controller.

 

1, Open access control software interface—controller—door parameters—choose alarm option and change alarm time.

 

2, Send to controller

 

3, If invalid card, there will be a relay output.

 

How to use the function that door was opened illegally and alarm occurs.

 

When wrongly swipe card or open door by software, door is opened, and alarm output happens. Alarm output device is like lock, connected to controller.
